Privacy Notice

How PanditOne handles personal information.

This notice explains the information handled by the My Jyotishi mobile app and PanditOne Cloud services.

Effective date: August 6, 2026

Information we collect

  • Account details such as name, email, role, workspace membership, authentication method, and invite status.
  • Birth-chart details such as name, date, time, place, coordinates, timezone, gender, language, questions, and report selections.
  • Commercial details such as Google Play or App Store product, transaction and purchase status, discounts, checkout status, QR attribution, and commission ledger entries. We do not receive your full card number from the app stores.
  • Content you choose to provide, including typed or spoken chart questions, shared-report requests, and support communications.
  • Operational data such as app or browser signals, logs, security events, email delivery status, and error diagnostics. The mobile app does not use the advertising ID or track users across other companies' apps or websites.

How we use information

We use information to generate Kundli reports, provide paid access links, support downloads and printing, answer chart questions, manage organizations, process subscriptions and payments, track commissions, send invites, and secure the platform.

Language and region preferences are used to keep the interface and generated reports consistent with the user's selected locale. Birthplace coordinates are used to calculate the chart and timezone; the mobile app does not request continuous device-location access.

When voice input is used, the device speech service converts the recording to text for the question. My Jyotishi does not use microphone access in the background.

Service providers

PanditOne uses Google Play or Apple for mobile purchases and may use payment processors, email providers, storage providers, mapping/geocoding services, astrology APIs, language model providers, analytics, and hosting infrastructure. These providers process information only for the services they provide to the platform.

Sharing and workspace access

An organization may access reports, QR activity, commissions, and customer information generated through its workspace or links. Private report links and access codes can open paid reports, so they should be shared carefully.

Retention and security

We retain information for account administration, paid report access, legal records, payment reconciliation, security, and customer support. Storage may be local or cloud-based depending on platform configuration.

We use access controls, secure tokens, provider authentication, and operational monitoring, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Choices and requests

Users can change language preferences in the interface, delete locally saved readings, and request deletion of cloud report data from the in-app Privacy, terms & data screen or by emailing privacy@panditone.com. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, accounting, legal, or security records may be retained when required.

Control starts with clear access.

Use the product language selector at any stage and keep paid report links private.
